Currently, we are hosting Coffee Chats at 7pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month at Cafe Erica on Main Street in Hellertown. You can sign up on our facebook events page for updates or just show up for some delicious treats and great conversation!

Come join us for food and fun at Upper Saucon Park June 23rd, noon – 4pm.
The festivities will include:

- Henna Belly Painting
- Chair Massages
- Raffle and Silent Auction

There is a secret in America. It may very well be one of the best-kept secrets. Attention all women of childbearing age! You have rights.
You have the right to health care before, during and after your pregnancy by a qualified provider.
You have the right to select the type of care provider that will attend to you and your baby.
You have the right to be informed about the risks and benefits of any procedure being recommended to or performed on you.
You have the right to refuse any procedure for any reason you see fit.
You have the right to choose your birth setting.
You have the right to leave your maternity care provider and select another one if you are not satisfied with the care you are receiving.
You have the right to receive care that addresses your cultural and religious practices and addresses your philosophical preferences.
You have the right to request alternative treatment, and be given unbiased information.
You have the right to review and obtain your and your baby’s medical records.
You have the right to have family and friends present during all points of your maternity care.
You have the right to move freely in your labor and delivery without being restricted by tubes, monitors, wires or other medical equipment.
You have the right to give birth in the position of your choice.
You have the right to have uninterrupted contact with your baby from the moment of birth as long as you and the baby are healthy and do not require separation for medical reasons.
You have the right to receive complete information about the benefits of breastfeeding.
You have the right to refuse supplementation with formula.
You have the right to have access to skilled lactation support for the duration of your breastfeeding relationship.
You have the right to make collaborative decisions about your and your baby’s care.
You have rights. Not requests, not preferences, but rights.
